Update

The intial point of this blog was to share my life as a navy wife. Recently it has turned into mainly a place for me to yap about being cute, unless I'm having one of my depressive episodes. My life is much deeper than mascara and nail polish and I really want to share my life with the world so if there is anything you'd like to know about me please ask.

As far as the Navy is concerned, all is well at the moment. I don't think he goes out to see again til June and those are mini cruises. I'm still hating on Lemoore, but I think I'm finally adjusting somewhat. I have friends I love and I manage to have fun, but I will always miss home. I should start manicure school in June as long as MyCAA is approved. I'm super stoked about it and can't wait to make my sailor sista's hands cute.

My Mommy is coming to visit for her birthday/mother's day. I can;t wait to see her. Kari and I will also celebrate our first year anniversary next month. Marriage is hard work. I believe the key is communication and I suck at that. I tend to get easily frustrated and either completely shutdown or start yelling. I hope that I manage not passing down my poor communication skills to my children.
