With my diet that is. I've decided to take 3-Day Green Smoothie Challenge.
As you may or may not know I don't currently take medication for being bipolar. I took them for a very short while and then abruptly decided to flush them all down the toilet one day. Although I can verbalize the fact that I'm bipolar it has still been a hard pill to swallow.
One of the biggest changes I need to make whether on medication or not is my diet and lifestyle. I have the worst eating habits and I only exercise when I feel like it, but that is all changing TODAY! I'm going to start by working out 3 days a week. Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays for at least an hour. I'm going to complete this challenge and then keep green smoothies in my diet. I have nixed my Coke addiction cold turkey and will incorporate drinking water into my diet (I hate drinking water).
